1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, or customized products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email or contact form

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return

  3. Share clear images/videos (if applicable) showing the issue

  4. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours

  5. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process


3. Pickup & Shipping

  • In most cases, we arrange a free return pickup

  • If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be reimbursed upon successful return verification


4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet


5. Replacement Policy

  • If you prefer a replacement, we will ship a new product at no extra cost (subject to availability)

  • If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital/downloadable products


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider or bank (processing time may vary)

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
