Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered. Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.
After the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate either a replacement or a refund based on your preference and product availability. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days and may take additional time to reflect in your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, product type, or special conditions mentioned on the product page. In addition, DealNest reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet our policy guidelines.
In cases where Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another suitable method after confirmation.
